Delete your data on request

Two ways to wipe everything -- WhatsApp (instant) or email. Your choice.

Method A: WhatsApp (fastest)

Menu → Settings → Delete my data → type the confirmation phrase. Instant.

1) Scope

This page explains how to request deletion of your NippyAgent data. "Your data" may include your business profile, customers, quotes/invoices, PDFs, usage counters, and support tickets associated with your WhatsApp number.

2) Two ways to request deletion

Method A (recommended): in WhatsApp

  • Open: Menu → Settings → Delete my data
  • Follow the on-screen confirmation steps (we will ask you to type a confirmation phrase).

Using WhatsApp is the fastest because we can verify the request from the same WhatsApp account.

Method B: by email

Email support@nippyagent.co.uk with subject Data Deletion Request.

Please email from the email address on your profile (if you have added one) or include your WhatsApp number in international format (E.164), for example: +447700900123.

3) How we verify identity

To prevent malicious deletion requests, we may ask for:

  • Your WhatsApp number (E.164 format).
  • Confirmation from the same WhatsApp chat (preferred).
  • Optional verification details, such as your business name or a recent quote/invoice number.

4) What gets deleted vs what may be retained

Deleted

  • Business profile fields (business name/address, VAT settings/number, bank transfer details).
  • Customer list entries created by you.
  • Drafts and session state associated with your WhatsApp account.
  • Quotes/invoices and generated PDFs stored with our storage provider (where applicable).
  • Support tickets and support conversation messages (unless we need to retain limited records for legal claims).

Retained (limited)

  • Payment and invoicing records required for accounting/tax/legal obligations (for example plan/status, timestamps, and invoice/charge identifiers where applicable).
  • Refund request records (status, timestamps and outcome) where applicable.
  • A minimal account-deletion audit record (timestamp and high-level outcome), to prove compliance and help resolve disputes.
  • Minimal security logs or fraud-prevention records (retained for a short period).

5) Timeframe

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days (and often immediately after in-WhatsApp confirmation).

6) What happens when you request deletion

When you request deletion, we will cancel any active subscription immediately (if applicable), access ends immediately, and we will remove your account data. You will no longer be able to use the service until you start again as a new user.

Deleting your data does not automatically issue a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, we recommend submitting a refund request before deleting your data.

If you delete first and later believe you are eligible, contact support and we can review your request using the limited billing records we retain.

  • Your documents may not be recoverable after deletion.
