Pricing FAQ
How do I subscribe?
Everything happens inside WhatsApp. Open the chat, go to Menu → Upgrade → Plans, and pick your plan. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change your plan anytime from Menu → Upgrade. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of documents?
On the Solo plan, you can buy top-ups (20 for £4.99 or 50 for £8.99). On Pro and Team, you have unlimited documents.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. One refund per account. Request it from Menu → Upgrade → Manage / Cancel → Request refund.
Do top-ups roll over?
No. Top-up credits apply to the current month only and expire at the end of the billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store your card details.
