How do I subscribe?
Everything happens inside WhatsApp. Open the chat, go to Menu → Plans & Billing, and pick your plan. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change your plan anytime from Menu → Plans & Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of documents?
Your document allowance resets each month. If you need more, upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. One refund per account. Request from Menu → Plans & Billing → Manage / Cancel.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store your card details.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan gives you 3 quotes every month with no card required. When you're ready to upgrade, payment is handled securely by Stripe inside WhatsApp.
